The curriculum of each program is based on performance and sport psychology solutions. Moreover, the content is personalized to your goals because your motivation is the fuel for success. The workshops can be individual or in small groups [2 to 4 participants], and small groups get a discounts. We cover essential performance factors in two-month workshops, and we target advanced and specific factors that impact your performance.
